These terms govern your use of FORGESHIFT (the “Store”), operated from US and reachable at admin@hoster.com. By using the Store you agree to these terms.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order. If you are under that age you may only use the Store with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Adding a product to your cart is an invitation to treat. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.
Prices are shown in USD and may include or exclude tax depending on your shipping address. The applicable tax is shown at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. You authorise us to charge the chosen method for the order total.

See Refund Policy. Where you are a consumer in the EU/UK, your statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days applies in addition to anything written here. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
All content on the Store (text, images, logos, code) belongs to FORGESHIFT or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, mirror, scrape, or republish it without written permission.
You agree not to (a) use the Store for any unlawful purpose, (b) attempt to interfere with the Store’s operation, (c) probe or scan for vulnerabilities, (d) use bots, scrapers, or automation to place orders, or (e) impersonate any person or entity.
The Store is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot be excluded under your local consumer law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to your use of the Store is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify FORGESHIFT for any third-party claim arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Store, except to the extent caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always at this page with the “last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be notified by email or a banner on the Store, at least seven days before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of US. Subject to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence, the courts of US have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
