Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with what we sell. If you are not, here is exactly how a return works.
1. The standard policy
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. We will refund the price of the item to the original payment method within ten business days of receiving it back.
2. The EU/UK statutory right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive / UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, separate from our standard policy. You may cancel for any reason — no questions, no fee — by sending the model withdrawal form below (or any clear statement) to admin@hoster.com within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

3. Condition
Items must be:
- in their original condition and packaging
- unused, unwashed, with tags attached where applicable
- accompanied by the order number
If items arrive damaged or faulty, we cover the return shipping and either replace or refund — your choice. Send a photo to admin@hoster.com before returning so we can ship the replacement in parallel.
4. Items we cannot accept back
For health, safety, or legal reasons we cannot accept returns of:
- opened cosmetics, personal care, or food
- digital downloads after delivery
- gift cards
- custom-made or personalised items
- sealed media that has been unsealed (cards, software, etc.)
This list is not a limit on your statutory rights for faulty goods.
5. How to start a return
- Email admin@hoster.com with your order number and the reason.
2. We send a return label or instructions within two business days.
3. Drop the package at the carrier.
4. Refund is issued within ten business days of receipt.
6. Who pays for return shipping
- We pay if the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.
- You pay for a change-of-mind return outside the EU/UK 14-day window.
- You pay for change-of-mind returns from the EU/UK within the 14-day window, unless we offered free returns at checkout.
7. Exchanges
We do not run a formal exchange flow. Return the original item and place a new order — that is faster than holding inventory.
8. Late or missing refunds
If the refund has not landed within ten business days, please:
- Check your bank statement and the credit card you used at checkout

3. If still nothing, email admin@hoster.com — we will investigate with our payment processor
