Shipping Policy

ForgeShift primarily delivers digital services and products. For any physical merchandise or promotional items, the following shipping terms apply.

1. Processing time

Physical orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. You receive a dispatch email with the carrier and a tracking link.

Transit times are estimates and exclude weekends, holidays, and customs delays.

3. Duties, taxes, and customs

For shipments outside the United States, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. We declare the order value honestly and cannot mark packages as “gift”.

4. Tracking

Every shipment is tracked. You receive a link by email the moment the label is created. If the carrier marks a parcel as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within seven days and we will open an investigation.

5. Lost or delayed parcels

We treat a parcel as “lost” after the carrier’s declared maximum transit time plus seven business days. At that point we ship a replacement (or refund, your choice) at no charge.

6. Wrong address

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If the address is wrong, write to us immediately at contact@forgeshift.gloweb.cloud. If the order has not yet shipped, we will correct it free of charge. If it has, the return-to-sender cost is yours.
